Q: Can the data in my current software be transferred into AutoFaith?
A: Yes! We will try our best to get as much data as possible. We have standard data transfer templates and we will help you to get data into these templates. Once the templates are populated, AutoFaith can upload and process the data automatically.
Q: We only have less than 300 loans, will AutoFaith be too expensive to us?
A: No! We have special price for small lenders. We are reasonable people. We understand only when you success, we can success. So we want to help you to grow.
Q: Do I have to pay extra for software upgrade after I sign up?
A: No! As long as you are paying regular support and maintenance fee, you will always have the most updated software.
Q: Why do I have to pay support and maintenance fee? What does it cover?
A: Just as your cars need maintenance, software support and maintenance services ensures the software running smoothly as designed and help you to get most out of it. The service includes providing advice and assistance regarding the use of the software; installing software on additional computers; maintaining system configuration data and customer-specific configuration data; maintaining letter and report templates; fixing data problem caused by improper use of the software or by unexpected hardware/software crash; monitoring and optimozing database's performance; monitoring and managing data process services, reporting services, backup services; etc. etc.
Q: Can AutoFaith run credit check?
A: Yes! As long as you have an account with a credit bureau, AutoFaith can integrate it into the software. The credit report returned will be automatically archived and associated with the related loan account.
Q: Can AutoFaith report credit to credit bureaus?
A: Yes! We use Metro 2 Format by Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA) to generate credit reporting files, which can be submitted to any of the following credit bureaus - Equifax, Experian, TransUnion and Innovis.
Q: Can AutoFaith send faxes?
A: Yes! AutoFaith has built-in fax function and its own fax server application. All you need is a computer with a fax modem installed, or an electronic fax account. When sending form letters such as Application Approval letters to Dealers, you only need to click one button. and AutoFaith will take care of the rest. No more printing out the letter, running to the fax machine, entering the fax number, and waiting for the connection. You can even view your fax history!
Q: Can AutoFaith send text messages?
A: Yes! AutoFaith has built-in SMS function. It can not only send out individual messages on demand, it can also send out batch messages to sets of designated customers (e.g. customers with account that is 10 days past due) on preset schedule. AutoFaith's SMS function can work on its own or be integrated with any third-party SMS provider. It keeps a complete history of all messages sent.
